We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM Developer/Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle BRM solutions and will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality applications that meet our business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle BRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in best practices for Oracle BRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle BRM applications.
- Perform system testing and validate the functionality of developed solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle BRM features and enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle BRM architecture and components.
- Proficiency in developing and customizing Oracle BRM applications using PDC, PCM, and other tools.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and database management.
- Familiarity with billing systems and revenue management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
